Subscription Terms & Conditions
In force as of 16 October 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
These Subscription Terms and Conditions bind the Provider and the Client from the moment the subscription contract is entered into.
By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation. The Client is advised to keep a copy on a durable medium.
ARTICLE 1 – Scope
These Subscription Terms and Conditions apply, without restriction or reservation, to the use of and/or access to the subscription offers made available to the Client through the website https://instafrenchie.fr.
The main characteristics of the Services are presented on the website. The Client must read them before subscribing.
The Provider's contact details are as follows:
Société Instafrenchie SASU
11 rue Carnot, 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, France
Email: contact@instafrenchie.fr
ARTICLE 2 – Description of the services
The INSTAFRENCHIE service is subscribed to by the Client as the main service. Additional or optional services may be added and require the subscription of specific options.
The Client has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date the contract is entered into, which may be exercised by sending the Provider the withdrawal form or any unequivocal statement by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The Service will be accessible once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. The Client may expressly request to benefit from the Service within 2 working days after payment: in that case, if the Client withdraws, the Client must pay the amount corresponding to the Service provided up to the decision to withdraw.
ARTICLE 3 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the Client has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date the contract is entered into to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
Once the service period has started and been invoiced, no refund can be made, whatever the reason for the request. As the service is activated and resources are allocated, the invoiced period is due in full.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised online via the attached form, by post to: 11 rue Carnot, 94270 Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, France, or by email to contact@instafrenchie.fr stating the subscription contract concerned.
ARTICLE 4 – Activation of the subscription
The day of the month on which the Client subscribes online is automatically set as the anniversary date of the contract.
The service is accessed through the platform app.instafrenchie.com, where the Client can connect and reconnect their Instagram account. The Client is fully responsible for managing their access and any changes made to their account.
ARTICLE 5 – Term of the contract
The subscription contract is offered under two commitment plans:
- A 3-month commitment plan, payable in full at subscription
- A 6-month commitment plan, payable in full at subscription
At the end of the initial commitment period, the contract continues for an indefinite term, invoiced monthly, unless terminated by the Client.
